A Life Across Continents
My journey began in a small Greek village and expanded across many countries — Greece, Scotland, England, Australia, Singapore, and Switzerland. Each move reshaped my identity. Each transition taught me resilience.
Eventually I realized I had forgotten myself. That realization became the beginning of a journey that led to the philosophy "The Art of Becoming Nobody."

My Greatest Teachers
My sons became my greatest teachers. Through illness, injuries, and life challenges they showed me courage, determination, and the strength of the human spirit. In caring for them, I learned something about the art of being present — and the cost of losing yourself in service to others.

The Identity Awakening
After decades of adapting and giving, I experienced a moment that changed everything — the realization that I had built a beautiful life around me, but had forgotten to include myself in it.
That moment of stillness — watching a sunset, far from everything familiar — became the seed of "The Art of Becoming Nobody."
